Locked out of ford escort

Help locked out of my ford escort m reg 95 lxi central locking model how can i get in with minimal damage. does anyone have any advice on how to open the locked door without keys

Right, there is a weather strip along the bottom of the windows, remove the one from the drivers door (unclip it carefully by prising upwards) this leaves you about half an inch gap to look down the door with a torch, you should see a cylinder which is your lock barrel, at the end of the cylinder is a lever pointing towards the front of the car, you need to use a long and thin (but strong) instrument ie a steel ruler and push the end of this lever down, this should unlock the doors as though you had used the key.

Oh by the way, it is your car isnt it ? Lol

Call the RAC or AA. It'll take them about 20 seconds to get in with a wire coat hanger and a couple of bits of wood.
