Clutching at straws here but we are trying to claim through our credit card company for a holiday we had booked for golf in Turkey with Turkish Golf/ Alternative Travel who went bust in April. They are wanting a copy of the reverse of the invoice which shows the terms and conditions but I can't find the original, only copies of the front. Has anybody ever had an invoice from them and could let me have a copy of the back? I just want my £1500 back!

I'll speak to our quiz team member tonight who was caught up in the same thing, I think he got his money back fairly quickly.

Thank you, that would be brilliant

The problem was that we booked the flights and hotel separately to save money and so were not covered by ATOL!
If it was a British company that you booked with, then the administrator may well have access to the information you require.

However I'm not sure which company it might have been. (Companies House has no listing for 'Turkish Golf' or 'Alternative Travel').

The only ATOL member, specialising in golf tours, to cease trading around that time was Augusta Golf Tours Ltd, so I'm guessing that might well be the company behind the trading name you booked with. If so, contact details for the administrator can be found here:

^^^Pedantic correction: 'ATOL member' should,of course, read 'ATOL holder'
Here are the booking terms and conditions from their booking terms and conditions, from their website - not sure if you have looked there already? http://golfturkey.com/about-us/booking-terms-and-conditions.htm
^if this is the correct company that is - I googled Turkish Golf and GolfTurkey came up....
Alternatively, this is TurkishGolf.com http://www.turkeygolfhotels.com/booking.php
Spoke to Tom but he doesn't have the documentation but he said that they didn't have problems getting their money back so they may be trying it on. Sorry.
