Where is the best place to get my car keys cut?

I have no spare key a ford focus and so where is the best (likely cheapest) place to go for a cut?
Should i go through my garage or the local key cutters/cobblers. I have reason to believe it will be expensive compared to front door keys.

They local key cutter will be cheapest but it will not end there because you will need it programmed to the cars ECU or it will open doors but not start it.

when my husband needed a new key for his mondeo it was £100+

I was told that my garage would charge £55 per key as they needed to be programmed.
