Weird dome suddenly appeared

I get a bus to my sixth form now the field is impossible to bike over, so I hadn't notcied this wierd dome thats suddenly sprung up, on an industrial estate on the opposite side of a field to our house. Plus, because of a couple of large trees in the way you can only see it from inside our house, if you look out of the right hand pane of glass in the spare bedroom.

Mum saw it from the window and decided to walk molly that way and found it is on an industrial estate. There's a metal fence around the whole estate that you can see through, but within it, is a wooden fence around this big black dome (no windows) that is still being built (you can see workers in their hi-vis jackets on the roof), so you can't see the bottom of it.

What the flump can it be? it must be 4 stories high and have a diameter of very roughly 100 metres!

Eccles, thats an excellent thought, something that never crossed our minds, we think there's a road leading up to it. But it must be sotrage or some kind of experiment if it's got no windows . . .
