yeah yele, hes okaaaaaaaay, but his voice and hyperness gets a bit tyring after a while doesnt it.
he must walk miles, back and forth, in just one show..!
i like ol, oh whats his name .. you know .. the other one ... was on telly last night ..... you know the one i mean! ..... jason manford .. thats him .. i like him ... ;o)
At least that scouse man doesnt seem to be on tonight! Michael McIntyre was on Paul Ogrady last night - seems to be on everything! He's alright once in a awhile!
It seems that each year now, someone decides to promote some comic as the next new big thing with gigs booked at the big arenas a year in advance and plenty of slots on BBC quiz shows and comedy slots.
Last year Michael McIntyre, this year that scouser and his gurning mug splashed on billboards along the M6.
the scouser? is that that .. err... oh heck .. whats his name .. blummin nora... my memory tonight ..... john? .. john somebody? .... john bishop ... got there in the end lol ... phew. ... hes alriiiight ....
When first caught MciIntyre I found him extremely funny but agree with most here that he is wearing very thin now. The most aggravating thing for me is how he laughs so much at his own jokes and also how he seems to forget that hes on national tv and aims his opening sequence squarely at the audience with localised humour that doesnt translate.
I totally agree with askyourgran!!!
I definitely don't care for him at all myself. There are very few jokes from him that get me laughing.Same with Frankie Boyle!!!
In fact, there are very few stand up comedians that get me laughing, although there is one that DOES get me giggling and that is Russell Howard.
I know he can get a bit rude, but I like him. Lee Evans is ok for a short while too!
I like Michael McIntyre but as you say, he's everywhere - his show seems exactly the same as the Apollo show, except that used to have a changing compere. Can't stand Frankie Boyle.
