Mid to late 60's BBC childrens show

It keeps nagging me but I have a vague recollection of a BBC programme for children on a Saturday morning (and in B&W). I believe it was called Whoosh ???? and the theme tune contained the words

"jump on a bicycle and peddle etc."

Can't find any reference to it on BBC websites

Anyone else recall this one?
