I've just read an interview with Sir Alan Sugar in which he says, "Tim was a good employee" - does he not work for Sir Alan anymore?

He left amicably about 2 weeks ago to set up his own business. Possibly a cosmetics business, as he'd been part of the cosmetic arm of Sir Alan Sugar's company.
