Well Cherry to summarise the last ten minutes- Reg`s brother came back to attack the vicar when he could not find the diamonds. He was knocked out by the vicar`s wife holding the urn containing reg`s ashes. The Vicar then returned to the site of the old primary school they both went to and found the diamonds in a hole in the wall behind a cistern. He `fenced` them to someone under a bridge in return for cash. The vicar`s wife then began talking about new cars, holidays etc. so the vicar gave the money to the children`s hostel we saw at the beginning of the show. His wife stormed off and the locks wre changed when he returned home. He collected his belongings from the front lawn and walked off into the sunset opening his beloved bible which had been hollowed out and now contained the rest of the diamonds.
