X factor disqualification???

There is a rumour that boy band Fifth Avenue from Louis' team have been disqualified from the comp, because they are already signed to a record label? Apparently they all lied on their application forms, then used the show to get publicity for their band!! Anyone know if there's any truth in this???

Avenue have been chucked out, yes, for not disclosing their existing management deal.
