It's not that surprising. I just wish Scotland was given independence and let them get on with it - at least they wouldn't be able to moan about the Royal Family and blame absolutely everything on the English.

Well I am English and I would like to get shot of the leeching (most of them) Royals.

But the majority appear to like the Queen so in a true democratic fashion I will go along with them. For now.

If they were to hold a referendum on keeping the Queen the result would be overwhelmingly in favor of the Monarchy. I think the Queen and the Monarchy are even more popular in Scotland than in England.

they are all seen quite regularly here in Edinburgh..Queen was in the local pub eating a few weeks ago..Princess Anne always in coffee shop near mum's place of work..she and mum used to chat all the time...Zara ..Wills..Harry etc seen around the smart bars..will be here during festival no doubt....no big deal..folks leave them alone
