Channel 4 On Sky

Is anyone else having problems with Channel 4 and +1 through Sky? Ours is saying Technical problems with this channel. We've had problems since the weekend with Sky when I had to reboot the box because the time was wrong but this I cannot resolve.

I've just checked and have no problems with either channel.
