Chuck him out!!!
Palm him off to Amy/Tracy! AKA No 1 Corrie - The Barlows!
I think she's going to ask Ken to look after him. Wouldn't blame her!
Feel sorry for her (I know it is soapland) Peter scarpered and left her with this awful boy, feel sorry for Ken as well left to look after his brood and he is in his eighties should tell them all where to go, but knowing Soapland Simon will come good!!

He has a Father, that's where I would be sending him.
stick him under gails annex floor
I would book him some acting classes.
I feel sorry for her too, she has done her best, sending him off the his dad or grandad is not the answer, that why he feels the way he does, always being pushed fro pillar to post.

Having said that I don't know what the answer is.
I think it's a shame to give him to Ken, Ken's too old. How she refrained from whacking him one last night, I have no idea !!
Pack him off to his father, after all she is not his mother.
He'd get in the way of his Dad's new romance !
Get his headmaster or local bobbie to have a talk with him, telling him he is on course to end up in detention. He needs to know what he is doing is not acceptable and carries consequences.

With acting lessons as a recreational activity!
Non negotiable
I have to say last night's scenes in Ken's house between Simon and Amy and her violin, were some of the funniest in CS for a long time. Amy uses the violin as a weapon. Hilarious. My friend and I were laughing our heads off. No other soap does comedy like Corrie.

Tracy's boyfriend will probably magically get through to Simon and sort him out.
Peter only took Simon on in the first place because it was a stipulation of the will...not a good start.
