I have really enjoyed this series. In last night's programme did anyone pick up that Aarto's father was one of the torturers in the war? I couldn't be sure but I think that was what was inferred.
I wonder who will be the three they get rid of. I do hope it comes back for another series.

Wasn't it his uncle who was the torturer? The one from whom he inherited all that money, "from gold teeth"?

Thanks margie, I never thought of that!
Same here - missed them when they originally showed, but caught up with them thanks to the ongoing miracle that is the internet and BBC iplayer :)

They have provided me with some excellent entertainment, reaffirming my belief in the quality of Scandie cop dramas :)

A minor correction and possible plot spoiler for those people who have not seen the show as yet;

It was Artos uncle that was the torturer and whose bequest of 3 million kronor was a fortune paid with jewish dental gold by the Nazis.

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole series to date I do hope there will be more. Planning to watch "The Bridge" again now :)
Lazygun, how is your penultimate paragraph a 'minor correction' of what I said?
It was not a correction aimed at your comment, Margie - It was in answer to the OP. I had not read the previous answers before posting mine, I was only responding to the OP.

Thank you for explaining, Lazygun - sorry if I sounded a bit crabbit!
