Yes, I saw it & agree it showed caters in a good light. Round here carers (who also do personal care, deal with 'challenging' behaviour & administer medication for people with life threatening illnesses) get paid less than cleaners!
Social care is so underfunded and under-staffed, people who set the policies/staffing levels have no idea - they forget that the job entails real people - you can't drop everything to answer a phone or buzzer if you are supporting someone. Employees more staff and accept that your profits will be lower!
