Question For Ratter !

Ratter...I have been working up your way this week or so... Llandod, Crossgates, Knighton, Presteign, etc.

There is a huge sign beside the road not far from Crossgates, that say :

Llandegley International 2 and half miles, Terminal One and Terminal Two, with the small black plane sign.

Whats going on ? Is this a joke and why is it funny ? This sign isn't a homemade thing...it looks just like a regular large road sign !

By the way, that cafe at the garage in Crossgates does a ruddy marvelous breakfast !
