Back intto the archive ? i'd guess they have a lot of classic comedy to air.
Radio7!! It is probably because you are their only listener lol.

I havent even heard the name "Jimmy Clitherow" for 25 years.
They've probably been mixed up with the Jimmy Clitheroe programmes.
They were last broadcast in the latter half of 2012 http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00clb4p/broadcasts/2012/12 and they'll eventually come around again.

p.s. it's been called Radio 4 Extra for some time.
haven't heard them for years, it was one of our favourite radio shows. The Clitheroe kid.
Don't encourage them bibblebub. It'll be Radio 7 forevermore. Long live the revolution.

Thanks everybody. I still refer to it as Radio 7 rather than the oddly named Radio 4 Extra. Can't understand why they changed it in the first place. Radio 7 doesn't have any connection with Radio except that there are some ex Radio 4 programs on it.

I need contact lens, as I am short-sighted, and reading glasses as well, so I could be referred to as "visually impaired" But I have a neighbour who has no eyes at all, having had them taken out many years ago due to cancer, but apparently he is "visually impaired" as well now, not blind.

Daft nonsense !
I thought it was very sad when he committed suicide on the day of his mother's funeral............my old mum was in tears.
I listened to The Clitheroe Kid only a few hours ago on ROK Radio's British Comedy Channel, where the programme can be found at the following times (BST) each week:
Mon 0730 & 1930
Wed 0300 & 1500
Thu 0130 & 1330
Fri 0530 & 1730
Sat 1130 & 2330
Sun 1400

The Clitheroe Kid is also on ROK Radio's Old Time Gold Channel on Tuesdays at 0200 & 1700.

(Remember that the times shown on the website are in GMT, so you need to add an hour for BST).
