I can not help but notice, how dead it is today. Yet during the week when people are supposed to be helping get the country back on it's feet..............it's an hive of activity.

So that was a bit of a fai

(oops)

LOL
Its probably because people are out shopping, doing housework or other stuff at the weekend. Every day is like the weekend for me at the moment and I'm so not looking forward to returning to work :o(((
Dead, where, MT? most people are either sleeping or eating breakfast, not got here yet.
I thought they were all having a lie-in to recover from their hard work (posting on CB). Except for retired people like me, who have nothing better to do with their time.
I'm sure it'll pick up soon enough, MT.
some of us were up til 2 am waiting for mr 5-dots...
I've had a bit of a lie in but the cats wanted me to get up and made sure I complied. I've had a few days off last week but certainly can't post on AB during the working day, so that's me out of the frame.
I work from home and I am on the move with work a fair bit too (but have a laptop). When I am in the office, I share it with one other person and down the hall there are 2 administrators and a security guard. We all "surf" during the day. Facebook etc is frowned upon but AB hasnt come under the employers radar - yet, haha!
I think I might be classed as a shirker, although I am retired, because I don't particularly want to do any work.
I work in an office and am on my own 90% of the time so I do come on here to have a bit of a chit chat. It gets a bit boring and lonely when you are on your own all day.
Milly - same here, work a lot on my own and involves travelling and staying away (on my own) so nice to chit chat!
we're not allowed on any social sites during the working day, our server blocks them - and anyway, I just wouldn't have time.
worker.. sometimes I look in during my lunchbreak, but I don't understand the day-time clique ;o)
-- answer removed --
It's half term for me - back in tomorrow, so I'll only probably only pop in every so often until Easter.
I just can't do the late nights during term time.
I pop in and out at all times ( I'm a shirker by the way- but since I work ofr myself doesn't really matter)- but the site is getting more and more sparsely populated as time goes on, compared to six or seven years ago anyway.
That's because they all get banned NOX :-((
