In 1999/2000 the BBC showed a natural world program called "The Millenium oak". Its never been released on DVD and the BBC has no plans to do so. I recorded it at the time and only watched half of it before it got recorded over. What im hoping for is that it maybe be possible to download it from the internet, Or maybe someone has a copy they recorded and no longer wants or could make a copy. I would be happy to pay. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks Mamyalynne. Thats about all I can find too! Ive emailed the BBC several times but they havent replied! That just about says it all about the BBC!
It does.
rather than just emailing 'the BBC', try to find out who actually made the programme. Was it a particular department within the BBC? An independent production house? If you can find out the name of anyone connected with it, try contacting them directly.
I don't have an answer unfortunately but I am seeking the same programme. Just checking if you had any luck yet.
