Black and white film about young girl whose mother dies in a fire, later on young girl sets fire to her house, after opening a chest in attic and finding mothers wedding dress. Tune at end of film contains line " worms crawl in, worms crawl out in your stomach and out your mouth"

I hope you're still interested in finding out the answer. It's so funny that you mention that because I had that darn tune running in my mind all day! The answer is PICTURE MOMMIE DEAD starring Don Ameche and Zsa Zsa Gabor as the evil stepmother. I haven't seen this film since I was a kid and still will never get that tune out of me!
