I'm confused! "Prison Break: The Conspiracy" seems to be solely the name given to the video game. The TV series is simply called 'Prison Break'.

Assuming that you're referring to the TV series, it came to an end with the TV movie 'Prison Break: The Final Break', which followed Series 4 of the show.
