Music used in Gardeners World(19/11/04)?

There was a song used on Gardeners World on 19/11/04 (when the workers from Kew Gardens are lining up for a photograph) and I instantly loved it! The main lyric that is sung repeatedly by a male singer is 'I got a picture of you', with a guitar strumming in the background. I've tried to find out what the song is called and who it is sung by, but without any luck!

I would really appreciate it if someone was able to tell me or reveal what the song is!?
