Football Program?

I remember watching a football clip program on BBC three a couple of years ago but I can't remember what is was called.

All I remember is it had clips of Rene Higuita's Scorpion Kick and also Diana Ross singing at the opening of the World Cup in America. Anybody know?

trying to install FM2008, game installs but no shortcut and when exit i can't get game to run. game info is in program files but can't get it to auto run or work. help?
