does anyone know any good sites for info on basaloid squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx?  my hubby has been diagnosed with a stage 4 with a m word that i dont know how to spell but it means it has spread to his lungs.  hes 41 and im 28 and we have 2 small children. i cant find any info on this particular cancer.  im so lost and scared someone help me!
