Tim Delap & Julian Ovenden

Does anyone think Julian Ovenden ( Andrew Foyle in Foyle's War) and Tim Delap (played David Monroe in Midsomer Murders) are alike? I thought it was the same actor !!! Are they related?

I agree with you, I just watched an episode of Foyles War where Tim Delap was accused of a murder he didn't commit and everytime I saw him, all his expressions an mannerisms, kept reminding me of Julian Ovenden, I was feeling sure that they were brothers or half brothers or something.
