My daughter currently recieves care allowance to look after me.
A friend of hers has a disabled daugter for whom she gets direct payments.
She has aked my daughter if she is interested in helping to care for her daughter for about 6 hours a week and get money from the direct payments. This will be for taking her to the cinema, shopping, entertaining her at home etc.
Would this money effect her care allowance??
Any advice gratefully received.
Thanks

No it wont
she is allowed to earn so much not sure what it is but should be easy to find and 6 hours will be well under the limit
