Help!! I discovered that my ipod, used in conjuction with itunes had lost most of its library. Everything is saved on external hard drive and so in my wisdom, I sent from hard drive to itunes all music (I clear itunes to save space). Doing great until a message came up saying running out of disc space and process could not be completed. I have cleared as much as I can but cannot open itunes or stop the transfer. iI seems like it's all suspended somewhere. Where do I start to look? How can I stop it? Without doing that, my pc is running with only6% space now! Hope that all makes sense.

Can't help you with iTunes...but if you have only got 6% of your space left...it's time to get a bigger drive...

You don't keep using it until it's full...it's a bit like a cupoard....the more you have in it..the harder it is to find things..!

So what do you do....you get a bigger cupboard... or you have a clear out...!

it was only because I moved from external drive to itunes. Not that much of an idiot.

Would like to take the opportunity to say thanks to previous answers to questions which jogged the memory and enabled me to resolve the problem and give me back 46% memory. This forum is good!!
