Just watched this and can't believe that the poor bloke had so much hassle of his pointless neighbour!! He got planning permission three times and still the neigbour complained... he (the neighbour) should have been made to pay that poor bloke's legal fees and compensation for being a complete prat!!!

Rant over.. ;-)

I agree entirely, I felt so sorry for him. I wish we could have seen the neighbour !
At least it will be finished and lived in - good luck to them.
yes he had a hard time time,but the point was he never got any planning permission to start with in writing,only verbal that's why he had all the problems,

Well it seemed a bit harsh... that neighbour must be a right nasty old piece of work. I felt sorry for the bloke when he said he wanted to finish the house then sell it as had gone off the area... don't blame him!
Typifies this country really though doesnt it ?
Should have been resolved months beforehand..
Good to know where all out tax goes to doesnt it?
Beureacratic nonsense at its best .
How has tis neighbour got so much clout ?
It really stinks!
