Really enjoying this series, as the co host is of the famous roux dynasty,he gives a frank and honest opinion,and gives praise when it is due,only irritant being when they constantly are in the faces of the contestants, as you can see there hands shaking, gregg wallace a bit of a tellytubby, he is only a blinkin veg salesman after all!!!!

I agree puddicat. Why does Greg Wallace have to shout so much? I find it compulsive viewing, always record it if I'm not around to see it at the time.

what makes me laugh is that when he tries the food and gives his opinion gregg near enough copies word for word what he says!!! lol

I was wondering also how the contestants were selected?, do you think they were put forward by the resturants that they work in!!!!
