Peter Serafinowicz = new Bond villain?

On the Shaun of the Dead DVD commentary, (commentary 2, 4:30) Dylan Moran lets it slip that Peter Serafinowicz is going to be the next Bond villain. Does anyone know if this is a fact, or has Moran let out a secret? I can't find any info on the net. Please help me out, I've got a �50 bet riding on this!

Dylan only says it as part of the conversation, it was a throw-away remark and wasn't based on any fact. The new Bond scrip probably isn't even written yet. Although, having said that, he would make a fantastic baddie..
