Does anyone know who made the tune on the childrens springwatch series on in the morning,it has a string sample which sounds like the old music from the showjumping and someone singing 'you know its springtime ....quite catchy.

Not sure, you could ask at the Beeb. I think the samp[le sounds more like a speeded up Vivaldi's Spring from The Four seasons.
