brain dead

Does anyone remember a stupid B film years ago about a film with just a head with wires connected to a glass of water or something similar. It was stupid but caused a lot of laughs. Any help greatly appreciated.

Yes, The Man With Two Brains was what I first thought of when I saw this Q. It's a Steve Martin film and he starred alongside Kathleen Turner if that helps jog your memory.
