Train robbery - driver killed.
CID drafted in. Head of CID due to retire and very laid back about the investigation.

New PC cracks it - but the villains have fled. New PC eventually finds them - and makes them squeal. Head of CID in on it for big money to boost his pension. Head of CID arrested.

Peggy gets a legacy - expects a racehorse, but it's a pig. Pig goes into labour but Peggy is too mean to pay a vet so calls the nurse out. Pig and piglets doing fine.
