It was last week's episode. I can't remember what the country was, but he was in a boat which then came out of the water and turned into a sort of tram, then a boat again. I recognise the music playing, and am sure it was in an advert years ago. It was a very slow, plodding sort of tune. Did anyone see the programme and recognise the song and what ad it was in?

I think that this programme must be repeated because the episode I asked about was the one where he was driving the train. It was on this Saturday evening. The episode you mentioned about the boat being hauled up the hill was on last night, so I presume the 'train' one was originally on last Sunday. As you have already said, the music is a plodding type of music, played by a brass band by the sound of it. I wonder if there will be a music soundtrack of the series. Does anyone know of any web sites where you can 'sample' music tracks??
"Riptide" by Robert Palmer, also used in an ad for P & O Stena Line.

Thanks a million for the above answer. I just couldn't get the music out of my head. I have been searching loads of sites for this music. I was looking on the brass band music sites as I thought it was a piece by a brass band.
Just shows what power the AB site has !!!
Thanks again.
