What does ECS stand for?

Its all new to me but I have been told ECS stands for Economic Control System, so I thinks its running the engine to its best temprature and conditionsetc. The Fiat advert said "get rid of all the baked on deposits in your engine" which Green Petrol causes, so I have thought its a fluid that is poured in whilst its running at the service time. My interest is What is the fluid seeing as I couldn't purchase it at the garage.
