Bit of a long shot this one..............sometimes, after the adverts on Soccer AM, an image hits the screen for a millisecond before returning to the presenters - the presenters do not mention it. Does anybody know what purpose this serves? Or why they do it? I seem to recall The Young Ones in the early eighties did it as well.

Surely it would have to be at least one frame?
i.e. approximately 41 milliseconds

I remember the Young Ones, it was the ending Of Carry On Cowboy.......it just shot up "The End" very quickly, the Bambi episode if my memory serves me right.
