Yeah, but not for very long, he left the flat quite early from what I recall. Mercedes couldn't really be a credible alibi even for Claire.

well thats just crap. Obviously Justin wont come forward as he wants Warren to go to prison. Does anyone actually know who pushed claire. I think OB did it

The reason Mercedes feels guilty is because she thinks warren was with her all nite as she was asleep! I think it is either Calvin or O.B!!! Hope it was OB and he gets away with it!
