A Bad Movie called 'Ice!' ?

Does anyone remember watching real bad film on BBC1 late at night sometime in 2001/2 ? I think it was called 'ICE!'. The plot had your basic end of the world sinario, set in a US city, like Chicargo, and the whole planet was covered with ice. Can't remember any 'stars'. Can't find anything on the net about it.

Thank you If anyone ever wants something really bad to watch, then this is perhaps the wrost thing that i have ever watched on telly.....so bad in fact that i wish i'd taped it so i could see it over and over!
