Apprentice music - NOT THE THEME TUNE!!

Can anyone tell me what the music is that was used on last week's Apprentice just a few minutes in? It's a classical piece that sounds a bit sea-faring, funnily enough I heard it for the first time last month on P&O ferries! I don't mean the theme tune or the bit played during the firing.

Help needed!! 60/70's film???
