...this has been bugging me for a while now, every now and again S.J ( the Ozzie ) refers to Minty as " Cariad" ...now I know that "cariad " is Welsh for love, but why on earth does S.J use this term of endearment ?...is she meant to have a welsh connection? or is it a term used by many Australians?.......

i think she said a while ago that her gran was welsh and she used to call her cariad - when you call someone cariad its more like 'my love'.
I think she needs a good lamping!!!!
