I caught the last half of this black comedy on TV last night and was amazed at how similar it was in many respects (type of dialogue, shot selection and editing and so on) to the film Addams' Family Values.
Has anyone else noticed this? A quick check reveals no common link between the two.

I watched the film, which I thought was both entertaining and thought provoking.

Not sure that I could see any similarities with the Addams Family Values though
