whats that game show called

in the film beveley hills cop2 eddie murphy and his 2 side kicks r humming and whilsting a theme tune 2 an usa game show any ideas???..it was also in a episode of the simpsons (with homer tapping his foot 2 it)...also played on the x-factor when paul daniles and debbie mcgee was doing a promo thing....any help wpuld save me from going insane its been bugging me for over a week and i cant get the tune out of my head!!

How does it go?

One of the more popular game shows (probably more correctly a quiz show) is Jeopardy, which has a tune they play as time winds down before the contestants have to provide their final answer at the end of the show. A bit like Countdown. Only a very little bit!
