Is 'The Bill' a soap?

Do you think that 'The Bill' is turning into a soapie? Down here in Oz Debbie has just become pregnant and Craig fancies Luke, does it get any worse?

Without giving away too much of the forthcoming story lines - yes it does, much worse!

I agree it is they also seem to be spinning the storylines out too much making them very thin in places but I would still stick with it as it 's still good solid entertainment
