Does anyone else think that Stewie Griffin is gay?

My brother is denying that he is but there are so many things pointing out that he is.

they've definately got him as a "camp" character... but he's a baby... so the chances of him being sexually attracted to either males or females is highly unlikely.

It's certainly one of the running jokes in the series, slightly akin to Milhouse in the Simpsons.
