Does anyone know the locations in the opening shot of Emmerdale?

It's somewhere between Leeds and Bradford- at a guess I would say Otley.

Truth is Emmerdale is shot a purpose built village. It used to be filmed in a village called Esholt which is just up the road from Otley, but since the old Emmerdale farm was sold and the new owners didnt want the filming to be done any more they moved it all to the village. Ive visited Esholt numerous times and its just like the Emmerdale set. oh sorry yes to answer your question the opening titles are computer generated. p.s Esholt is not on the map you go to get to Otley and ask lol.
