Does anyone remember a TV detective show from the 70's with a dark haired man in lead, think his character's first name was Mike. His assistant was attractive black female.

the tv detective show you're after is called *MANNIX* the detective played by mike conner had a pretty black girl assistant. playe by gail fisher. ran from 1967 -1974.
