If I may just be allowed a quick rant (as judiewudie brought up the subject)...

Knightley is anaemically "pretty", to some, with an unbelievably smug, self-regarding, insincere smile (showing her top and bottom teeth -never trust people who do that). She is devoid of any hint of latent intelligence, charm or sensuality, and is, at best, a despotically mediocre actress. "Looks" etc. per se do not bother me - it is the fact she has become a major star based on superficial foundations. Unlike Natalie Portman or Scarlett Johanssen for instance.

Come to think of it, she's probably an evil genius...

She denies it's collagen, but have to agree with Screamin Tree, pretty, but talentless.
I thought she was dreadful choice for the character of Elizabeth Bennett in Pride and Prejudice and defeated the whole point of the character's lack of looks, but oodles of personality. The complete opposite of Keira Knightley, in fact.
