How Can I Contact The Bbc?

I have suddenly been locked out of my BBC account. Trying to change my password doesn't work. Asking about being locked out on their site only results in a suggestion to wait for 30 minutes and try again. "Contact us" on their site only results in being directed to further online sites. There is NO way to talk to anyone. Does anyone know of a way to talk to someone in the BBC to get help?

Any reason why you can't just create a new account? I've had to do that a couple of times
