Mrs B went to bed early, 2100ish said she was tired. about 2130 heard her on the move to the bathroom, then a crash, she'd Passed Out again, 999 called, Ambulance arrived, they had to call for back-up to move her as she was fighting them all the way, is now in A & E. I went with her in the Ambulance, just been picked up by Tash. Will follow up first thing tomorrow, nothing to be done atm.

I do hope they can get some answers, this is too regular - hope all goes well.
It must be such a worry for you to not know why this has happened.

I hope all of you get some sleep tonight. I also hope the doctors solve the question of what is causing it.

At the moment she has ongoing tests booked up until mid November (Neurology) due to waiting lists, maybe this will speed things up a bit, won't hold my breath though.
Hope she gets fast tracked Baldric.
I know you shouldn't have to but is going private for the tests an option?

May well have a look at that given what's happened Wolf, it's certainly possible.

Today (Sunday) is our 30th Wedding Anniversary, not the best way to celebrate, we were due out later in the week when friends could make it.
She'll probably be fast asleep, anne!

Nice. ..... I hope your wife recovers.
Anne...would you expect Baldric to sleep in a chair all night? MrsB is in the safest place and it's that Baldric gets rest as well.

Hope Mrs B gets better soon.

Thanks ummmm
Not sure the private route will help much but worth a try.
Her current status will no doubt exacerbate matters but as has been said this may 'kick bums into gear'.

Hope she picks up soon for you.

Thank you Chill, as I said I will look at Private and see what advantages if any, are on offer. Mrs B is a retired NHS Professional and our House Guest is a Doctor but that doesn't give us any advantage that I can find.
Hope your wife recovers soon to celebrate your 30th together. You must feel lost but she is in the best place for now.
I agree totally with Baldric's response @ 00.00. In any case, anyone one who thinks that at midnight people are tucked up in bed fast asleep in hospital have never been in one. I know from bitter experience; I have just come out after another 5 week stay. I was lucky if I got to sleep @ 5.am, only to be woken @ 6.30 to have my blood pressure taken.

Sartre said, "Hell is other people".

He was wrong; hell is hospital.

What a load of old pony!

Thanks Jack, and best of luck to you as well Mate.

Just had a call from A & E, settled for the night, come in as early as you like tomorrow, we have a whole list of questions for you, will do!
I dont think hospitals let non-patients stay all night, not even in private wards ime. Only children can have a parent stay.
If your post was aimed at me, Jackdaw, I was simply trying to say to anne that sitting in a chair all night is pointless for poor, Baldric. There was nothing he could do, and Mrs B was in the best place.
I wish her well, too.
