When I tune in to News At Six, I want to hear the, News. Not a special report on the NHS again. Does anyone agree? There was one last night, too.

The NHS is the refuge bunker for Labour and the BBC.

I agree, Togo.
Chrissa it is becoming more obvious by the day that the BBC now thinks that it's remit is to "make" the news, rather than report it in an unbiased manner. We have entered a time where we are indeed paying, through a compulsory licence tax and, a left wing organisation to broadcast propaganda directly into our lives. Newspeak is here. Time to make it self funding.

I have to admit that I've had my suspicions for a while but thought, "no, they wouldn't do that!" It's patently obvious now. ITV News for me now.
Hi Chrissa
My wife said exactly the same thing and I must agree with you (and her of course) - gets a bit too much.

Any slow news day and they start digging around for NHS stories of misery and despair.
Yes most reports are now from a 'BBC request for information'. I find them presented without context also.
Very diappointed of late.
So, the crisis in the NHS is not news? Dear oh dear!
The "boy who cried wolf" syndrome being caused by the BBC, was even mentioned on the radio this morning Chrissa. Ahead of the game there. (^_*)
Wouldn't mind a bit of good news on the news....must be harder to find!
They were at it again this morning. I eventually turned over to ITV, to find that the majority of stories ITV were covering weren't even mentioned on the BBC, strange that.
