I don't mind talking on here whenever and whatever but lately maybe this last year or two I can't be bothered talking for lengths at a time on the phone.

Two reasons - I know when I ring - the person I ring looks at ID - Ach can't be bothered to talk and second I myself can't be bothered to talk "small talk" any more.

Now friends are complaining I never phone any more. do you get that

I've never been one for very long phone conversations, and these days with Skype etc. even less so - I do keep in touch with those who matter in other ways though.

I don't like it , its getting to the point so you can end up not actually talking to an another living soul all week , can be lonely :(

I don't like talking on the phone. The only person I spend any amount of time talking to is my daughter. Anyone else I'm phoning for a reason....
